Default gateway is wrongly configured on compute if 'assign public networks to all nodes' is selected

Steps:
1. Create next cluster - CentOS, HA, Select 'assign public networks on all nodes' on settings tab, 3 controllers, 2 compute
2. Deploy cluster

Actual result - there is no connectivity from compute nodes, defaukt gateway is configured through default via 10.108.4.1 dev br-storage
