1. Create new environment (CentOS)
2. Choose Neutron, GRE
3. Choose Ceilometer
4. Add 3 controller+mongo, 1 compute
5. Start deployment. It was successful
6. Login to Horizon
7. Create Containers and Objects via Horizon
8. Ctrl++ (4 times). Result on attached screen

Impact of this bug seems pretty low to me, yet fixing it properly for all Horizon panels could be a big endeavor (every page has to be rewritten to use Bootstrap3 grid system properly, maybe not that difficult in case it could be fixed just in couple of templates).

Anastasia, is this table is the only place where zooming in messes with the layout?
