vertica and couchdb managers are broken

Following the recent replication patchset merged into trove, the newly added datastores are broken

A new parameter was added in prepare call "snapshot=None" from the replication patchset, this has left vertica and couchdb managers to be broken.

They were probably missed because these new datastores were under review as was replication patchset.

There is a need to update Vertica and couchdb managers to support the new snapshot parameter in prepare method.

    - Following the replication V2 merge in trove, new parameter "snapshot"
      was added to prepare call which is missing in couchdb & vertica managers.
