History/Historical for more builtin object types

Proposal:

Zope has a [History] tab for some objects: Python Scripts, DTML, Page Templates.

Its preferrable to use even instead of undo (you can look at the changes, revert to
a special historc version once you located it)

Maintaining the monkey-patch for safe use with 2.7 and 2.8 gets very complicated and the code for the patch is more complex then the actual code for the extension.

for a working patch for zope up to 2.7.

So I'd like to implement that function into the core, meaning the relevant objects:
text files, objectmanager/folder, zsql methods
together with a more useable colored diff.

What do people think? I got most of the sources ready and would add some unittests.
