libjs-jquery package is missing minified jquery files

After installing the libs-jquery package this is what gets setup:

Notice that all the minified jquery sim links reference jquery.js. On precise this package provided an actual minified jquery.js file, jquery.min.js. I think it would be less misleading to provide minified versions of jquery.js file instead of linking to jquery.js Also this broke our config management because we expected actual minified files.

Ohh I forgot to mention that this bug occurs on Trusty.
