Zope does not close its database on shutdown

Bug Description

When the Zope server shutdown, the close() function is never called on its database. As a consequence, the index file of "ZODB.FileStorage.FileStorage"'s is not rebuilt.

There's indeed no explicit call to the database on shutdown. I'm not sure who's responsibility it is to call close, though.
