[Launch Instance Fix] Outline appears around search bar

An outline appears around the search bar each step now due to the merge of MagicSearch which uses the same 'search-bar' class.

    [Launch Instance Fix] Remove outline from basic search bar

    A name collision with Magic Search resulted in an outline
    around the basic search bar in Launch Instance steps. This
    patch renames the class for the basic search bar to
    'basic-search-bar'.
