Ceph installation fails due to missing package

The Ceph manifests attempt to install pushy however that package is no longer in our repos. ceph-deploy no longer depends on pushy [0] so we only need to update the manifests to not install this package.

This is the error message:
(/Stage[main]/Ceph::Params/Package[pushy]/ensure) change from absent to present failed: Execution of '/usr/bin/yum -d 0 -e 0 -y install pushy' returned 1: Error: Nothing to do
