Virtualbox network adapters should be switched from PCnet to Intel MT

The issue then nodes may get deployed isolated via management network also affects VirtualBox and PCnet-FAST III driver.
It was confirmed that the network connectivity restores after changing the driver to Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop

I tested mainly for CentOS and it works well. If Ubuntu is not important I can write +1 to request.

    Switch virtualbox script to 82540EM adapter driver

    With the PCnet-FAST III network adapter driver Centos 6.5 nodes
    in environments get isolated via the management network and that
    completely breaks the virtualbox script users experience.

    The solution it to switch back to Intel PRO/1000 MT 82540EM
    as it shows no issues with the connectivity.
