Bug Description

The Cinder Quobyte driver expects a single volume configuration.
Running tempest volume tests on the Quobyte CI shows repeating fails of the assert statement in line 353 which tests for exactly one volume. The test log example at http://176.9.127.22:8081/refs-changes-37-166137-1/logs/screen-c-vol.log.txt shows such a failing assertion in conjunction with the invalid share list (a few lines above the stacktrace).

I'll check into that myself. Can i set this to 'In Progress' myself without a second reporter for confirmation?

Reason is that it's rather hard to reproduce this without a quobyte installation...

    Fix: Synchronise Quobyte Share mounting

Quobyte ci tests show random failures with multiple similar shares.
A single share is listed in mounted shares twice after two (or more)
    chronologically close successive calls to
_ensure_shares_mounted (examples see bug or similar Quobyte ci error
    reports).
This is now prevented by synchronizing the method.
