update heat unit test cases to use objects in place of db api

Bug Description

in k-3, all the objects except stack lock is objectified and StackLock is being objectified in rc1 https://review.openstack.org/#/c/165363. Most of the unit test cases are migrated to use object, But still some of the test cases are not migrated yet, mostly on Stack, event objects. This bug is filed to fix it this inconsistency.
