verbose name for launch instance ng wrong

Bug Description

verbose name for newly introduced launch instance button should be shown as "Launch Instance NG" [1], But still shown as "Launch Instance", see attachment.

Is this a bug? It seems like it's normal behaviour to me. I assumed the usage of launch instance ng elsewhere was just a placeholder, so I'm not sure why we would append ng here just to remove it later
