Bug Description
On a successful launch instance wizard completion, the instance tables list doesn't refresh. Modify so the page reloads appropriately.

[Launch Instance Fix] Launch instance refreshes instance tables
Added ability to specify a URL to redirect to upon success of the
launch instance wizard. This is done through a configuration object
passed into the launch method. The mechanism that opens the modal is
configured to respond to a positive result by relocating to the
configured success URL.
