Unable to delete packages that were imported with murano-manage

Bug Description

owner_id is not set in that case, so error occurred on package deletion.

Need to fix this behavior or delete this command at all.

Kirill, it's not fixed. We should:

1) Remove murano-manage support
2) Make sure, owner_id is required field
