Current virt-builder index breaks version < 1.26

Current version in trusty is 1.24.5-1, which is broken by new virt-builder index.

Updating along the stable branch to 1.24.9 is sufficient.

It's been almost four months now that this bug has been reported and virt-builder is unusable in Ubuntu 14.04. I hope for a speedy fix as there's only a minor update need, as Richard Jones has pointed out.

Note: There are security issues as well that need to be addressed so this should be a higher priority.
