    Keep revoke tokens in SQL Database

    Keep list of revoked tokens in SQL Database instead of memcache. In case
    when memcached server is restarted so revokation list is lost.
    Potentially, it allows to get access of invalidated token until they are
    expired.

    Provide the memcache_pool fixes backport guide

    This update to the ops guide describes how
    to backport the memcache_pool fixes from the
    6.0.x trunk branch to the existing
    Fuel 6.0. It also adds the
    memcached term in docs.
