[Launch Instance Fix] Launch/close wizard from Image/NW pages

The new Launch-Instance wizard is not launched from the Image table or detail screens, and not launched from the Network Topology screen. The old mechanism needs to be replaced with the new, carrying the original logic/behavior along as appropriate.

For now, when returning to a Django page, the new wizard needs to relocate/
reload a given page when the wizard is complete. Since the config for the
relocation is determined at the launch these two bugs are combined into this fix.

This fix will also provide the mechanism by which the wizard can receive contextual information. For example, on the image table launch, the selected image could populate an imageId in a launch context object.

    [Launch Instance Fix] Launch Instance from Various Screens

    Using the 'launch' options from Image Table/Detail or Network Topology
    fires off the Launch Instance workflow. Each firing-off point describes
    where the user should be relocated to when successfully done with the
    wizard (when a launch request has been successfully submitted).
