Jerkily maximize windows

Bug Description

I think the fluidity should be a priority for an OS like Elementary.
Maximizing windows, though, is very jerkily. Expecially with "files" and other applications, others like scratch are a bit better.
Maximizing using an hot corner is often more buggy than with the proper button on the windows.
(In my case I have this graphic card: [AMD/ATI] RV635/M86 [Mobility Radeon HD 3650] and this processor: Dual-Core Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU P8400 @ 2.26GHz)

Oh I'm sorry I thought to help. I saw "Fix released" which should mean that it should work right away, that's why I've been misled.
