juju bundle commands not working

Bug Description

juju bundle proof just keeps on giving "not a bundle" errors, even if I run it on bundles from the charm store.

juju bundle create gives this error:
usage: charm-create [-h] [-t TEMPLATE] [-a] [-v] charmname [charmhome]
charm-create: error: unrecognized arguments: --bundle
ERROR subprocess encountered error code 2

Command was changed to `charm proof <path-to-bundle>`. This command works now, marking this as fix released.
