Project with empty description is not sorted correctly

Steps to reproduce:

1. Identity -> Project
2. In one of the project, edit the description as an empty description
3. Refresh the page and try to sort it, you will notice that the project list is sorted without including the empty description project.

    Empty cell should obey sorting order

    Currently any empty cell will be sorted to the bottom, regardless it is
    asc or desc sort. This patchset is to change the sorting default behavior of
    the jquery tablesorter such that empty cells should obey sorting.
