Bug Description
ERROR: (OperationalError) (1242, 'Subquery returns more than 1 row') 'UPDATE raw_template SET environment=(SELECT stack.parameters \nFROM stack \nWHERE raw_template.id = stack.raw_
Excluding stacks with the DELETE action solves this issue
