Image tabs, two canvas and active image in Images pad gets lost

Pinta dev. 1.7.0.159 on Ubuntu 14.04

1. New image 200 x 200.
2. Another new image 200 x 200.
3. And another new image 200 x 200.
4. In Images pad click on second image, and on first image and on third image.
5. (observe) You can see in Images pad that currnet active image is greyed in Images pad which is OK, it indicates which window is active.
6. Drag third image into two canvas position.
7. Click on first tab, second tab, third tab.
8. (observe) You can see that in Images pad current active image is greyed to indicate active image.
9. Now click on Images pad few times and image gets greyed. Repead in random (click on Images pad images) and suddently current image is not greyed out anymore and so Images pad gets useless.

I can't reproduce this after https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/pull/96, but I had some trouble reliably reproducing it with 1.7.0.159 so I'm not sure if it's fixed.

I can't reproduce this problem anymore in Pinta dev. 1.7.0.173.

Yeah, I could reliably reproduce it, but I'm pretty sure it's been fixed in pull 96.
