Need to publish aggregate data if statistics type is set to 'query'

In dcs-site.xml if the property 'dcs.server.user.program.statistics' is set to 'query' then aggregation statistics is not being published to METRIC_QUERY_AGGR_TABLE. In such a case, aggregation statistics need to be published.

QA needed clarity on how records were being published to metric_query_table . Having an option to set the statistics_type to ‘query’ made it more confusing. It was decided this morning that we disable support for statistics_type to ‘query’.

Publishing records to metric_query_table will be soley based on the limit time (dcs.server.user.program.statistics.limit.time) By default it is set to 60 secs. Shorter the time limit more records will be published to metric_query_table

How to fix:
To disable the ‘query’ type, just removed the support from command parameters for now.
