Allow toggle of live broadcasting via control

This would allow to add a start/stop streaming button in the GUI that also displays the current streaming status. Status display implemented as of lp:664610.

Such feature was added for toggle recording [1] and toggle autodj [2]

Any chance you can add a button for recording a mix at the same time? Or if not, at least it should be relatively easy to make that change and put the two controls next to each other. A little record button next to a little satellite dish icon would be very nice :)
