Bug Description

Currently I have added cluster_type field in magnum.conf in the k8s_heat section.

Current implementation is as below In magnum.conf -

[k8s_heat]
#cluster_type = coreos, fedora-atomic, ironic.

We need to update cluster_type=coreos if we want to use coreos template.

but will do provision cluster_type field in the baymodel.

I will assign this task to me as I know the current implementation & how test this approach with cross templates.
