Samplers a controlled by by CO "show_samplers_tab" instead of just "show_samplers"

This is not possible currently because LateNight has multiple layouts depending on the size of the screen, and samplers could be shown by selecting a tab in a widget stack, or by show/hiding a single widget. To support this, the the skin system would need to be much more powerful and allow logical interaction, sort of like how we can back controller setups with javascript.
