[snappy] systemd-analyze plot not plotting appropriately

Bug Description

After updating to ubuntu-core version 3, systemd-analyze stopped working as expected. A "systemctl" prints https://gist.github.com/vmayoral/a1b1120f44b8c784c7da. A call to "systemd-analyze plot > erle-brain.svg" is expected to create a plot with all these services however it only contains a few (see the attached file)

on a second thought, (tested with the BBB) could still apply to other images.

I could reproduce it on earlier snappy VM images, but not on the current ones. As this is confirmed fixed on two entirely different platforms, let's call this fixed for now. Thanks for checking!

Hi everyone, spent some time reviewing this matter and tested it with the newest BBB and RPi2 Snappy images.

As far as I can see, this bug is still not solved. "systemd-analyze plot > whatever.svg" still returns incomplete values.
