Bug Description

I recently installed a vivid image in a VM. When upgrading all packages to the latest version (using `sudo apt upgrade`) I got this error message along the way. (May be a duplicate of bug 1421093)

dpkg trigger cycle detection was an experimental feature in Debian, and subsequently Ubuntu, was has now been removed from dpkg. Therefore, this bug report is no longer valid and I'm marking it as such.
