scenario tests: Multiple possible networks found, use a Network ID to be more specific

The scenario tests start to fail with "Multiple possible networks found, use a Network ID to be more specific"
The failure started from neutron-nec-plugin-scenario job #7514 and is happening continuously from that.

    Ignore (Port)NotFound exception in status update

    When deleting resources in parallel, NotFound exception can be
    raised. This exception can be safely ignored.

As far as I checked the recent scenario test results, this error does not occur after the patch was merged.
