kubuntu 15.04 - when rebooting I'm getting on tty1 a stop job is running for network manager
takes 10-15 secs to reboot

I'm having the same problem except it will hang and will not successfully reboot or shutdown. It hangs and says there is a stop job running and it cycles through my nfs mounts continuously. If I umount from my nfs server before rebooting/shutdown it will work fine.

Please follow /usr/share/doc/systemd/README.Debian for debugging this shutdown hang. In the debug shell, please do

  journalctl -b > /root/journal.txt

and the next time you boot, attach /root/journal.txt here. Thanks!

This is most likely a duplicate of bug 1438612. If you still get this problem in latest vivid, can you please yell here and provide the journal output as in comment #3? I'll unduplicate it then. Thanks!
