Bug Description

Hi!
From a 2 weeks I'm getting this unique message inside the circle on the welcome screen: No data sources available
I'm so sorry, but I can't report steps in this case.

I disabled a few weeks ago of reports into the welcome screen. I forgot that.
But you could use a better message as: "Data sources disabled" :)

Changed in indicator-messages (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid

why not hiding the whole circle when repirts are disabled?

Hiding the circle or text when the feature is turned off is bug 1339002.
