Failed to deploy multiple journals on same hard drive

Fuel 6.0. Deploying "Juno on CentOS 6.5".

During /Stage[main]/Ceph::Osd/Exec[ceph-deploy osd prepare] it was able to set only first journal, because rest OSD were already monted.

Details:
- sda SSD: base system
- sdb SSD: journal (sdb4-sdb15 10GB partitions created by fuel)
- sdc-sdn HDD: ceph

Can you provide a full diagnostic snapshot?

Can we try to debug the issue only with the one log provided? It may be enough for us

It would be helpful to see the logs from provisioning in case something is weird with how the partitions created. I don't understand why all of those devices are already mounted and I can't figure it out from the log provided.
