3D box scaled when pasted

Somewhat related to Bug #207268 "3D box cannot be pasted in place".

When pasted, a 3D box drops at the right coordinates, but scaled.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a 3D box.
2. Select the box and copy it (Edit>Copy).
3. Paste the box (Edit>Paste, or Edit>Paste in Place)
-> The box is correctly pasted (inkscape:corner0 and inkscape:corner7 values are correct), but the copy is scaled down by a ratio of about 3.78 (doesn't look like an usual conversion factor).

Reproduced on Crunchbang Waldorf with Inkscape trunk revision 13996 and 0.91.x revision 13734.
Not reproduced with 0.48.3.1.

On OS X 10.7.5:
- not reproduced with Inkscape 0.91 r13725, r13843 in 'px'-based document
- reproduced with Inkscape 0.91 r13725, r13843 in document with different drawing scale (e.g. based on template 'default mm')
- reproduced with 0.91+devel r14425 (default new doc is 'mm'-based, with 1 SVG user unit ('px') corresponding 1 'mm')
