language-selector should support fcitx

Fcitx related packages are now in main.
I think language-selector should support fcitx as same as IBus.

This patch is no harm, no additional feature, just install fcitx input method when fcitx is installed.

Thanks for your patch. It looks sensible to me, but since there are similar changes already going on ( please see https://launchpad.net/bugs/1430893 ), I suppose it makes sense to deal with the bugs simultaneously.
