Bug Description
Currently, the Onscreen control panel is in the upper right hand corner of the screen. I would prefer to locate it adjacent to the toolbar which is below the horizon. Please provide a custom position option similar to the custom position option within the Pointer Coordinates plugin. Thanks.

Think it would be nice to add the auto-hide feature to the Ocular On-Screen control panel, much the same as the way the bottom button bars auto-hide.
