Bug Description
When editing a position-less room in SeedDB, it insists on inserting coordinates into the position field, regardless of the user's wishes.
If the user chooses to divulge their location, that coordinate is always inserted. If not, the coordinate 0,0 is inserted.
This also makes it seem like it is impossible to remove a room's coordinate (it may be possible, but is masked by the fact that SeedDB always inserts a coordinate when one doesn't exist).

SeedDB room has been rewritten to work as follows:
If no position is set, show the world map centered on 0, 0. If a position is set, use that position to display the map centered and zoomed on that position.
The position field is only updated when you click on the map or you ask for your location and a location is returned.
If you remove the coordinate from the position field and saves the room, the position is nullified.
