Bug Description

I have a fix for the unittest failure which will land in a minute, but it looks like sphinx has broken pypy3 and python3.2 support :(.

Filed https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/issues/1766 and pushed up https://github.com/testing-cabal/testtools/pull/134 to workaround.
