[RFE] Show % tempo change in skins

Bug Description
The current version of Mixxx will show the % tempo adjust, but the new skins for 1.12 no longer do. It would be great if this could still be displayed. It's very useful for helping to get a CDJ/Record set up when you're doing vinyl control.
Workflow:
1) A track is already playing
2) Load next track to another deck
3) Hit "sync" button
4) Look at % adjust and then change CDJ/turntable accordingly, then fine tune
