No master_node_id in settings in fake mode

There is no master_node_id in Master Node settings if Nailgun is launched in fake mode. This needs to be fixed, as it blocks testing of other features.

Actually, master_node_id is not serialized on API call.

Cannot be verified by user interactions with deployed env and is intended for internal use, thus, since all needed tests are included by the patch and was successfully passed move this bug to "fix released".
