Bug Description
If the build of a docker image fails, the intermediate image created is not removed even if delete_local_cache is true. This is because the image is left untagged after the failure, so the cleanup does not have an ID of the image to remove. There is a "--force-rm" flag for "docker build" that may solve this issue.
