The references at the end of the chapter need some fixing:
1. etckeeper's site has moved to http://
2. The etckeeper Ubuntu Wiki page leads to the wiki counterpart of HTTP-404: "This page does not exist yet. You can create a new empty page, or use one of the page templates."
