command not found doesn't suggest builtins

Steps to reproduce open a terminal and type `ccd` and read that cd is not in the list of commands not found.

I expected when I mistyped `ccd` in the terminal that command-not-found would suggest cd as a command rather than the output of

Also pcd or other things seems to list cd as well and jlbs doesn't suggest jobs so it seems none of the builtin funcitons to bash are suggested.
