Muon is missing german translation on fresh installation.

Addition information: Some messages are translated, e. g. the exit button (German: "Beenden") or the time information "Last check 8 Minuten ago."

There was an upstream bug that translations of any language were not displayed in most of Muon. It was fixed in Plasma 5.3.
