libglew-dev can not be installed on 14.04.2 HWE

Why - I guess because it's dependencies can't be satified by mesa-lts-utopic packages.

Depends: libgl1-mesa-dev | libgl-dev, libglew1.10 (= 1.10.0-3), libglu1-mesa-dev | libglu-dev
