Bug Description
When a resource's name is shown in the infopanel, it is shown lowercase. In my opinion, it would look better if the resource's name were capitalized for the purposes of the display. So, for instance, instead of having:
"gold Left: 100"
...we would have:
"Gold Left: 100"
It seems to me that the resource name string is gotten from the UStrInt GetComponent() functions. However, my attempts at making them capitalize the resource's name resulted in the string not appearing (even though the program compiled).
