Bug Description
Currently if a user tries to create a service with domain in uppercase domain name, the policy will be created ( using Akamai provider ) but the end-to-end is not working. The problem is that the Browser will automatically lower case the domain name and will not hit Akmai's domain resolving chain.
So we need to convert all the uppercase letters in domain names to lower case.
