Bug Description
Immediately after starting some applications (clicking on the application icon), the screen blinks several times. So far, I noticed that in these apps: Switchboard, Videos, gThumb, QTCreator and Vocal. I tried to record a video of this glitch, but none of the screen recorders that I used was not able to record it.
