Bug Description
You can try it on Zabbix role. Though the role is assigned only to the first node, but next nodes can be selected.

Next nodes can be selected but the role will be applied to the firdst node only. This behaviour can not lead to invalid environment configuration. So, I would decrease the issue priority to Low.
