Bug Description

Test case.
- Switch the language to Spanish.
- Open webbrowser-app.
- Go to apod.nasa.gov.
- Tap on the image to download it.
- Open the transfer indicator.

Expected result.
- All messages are localized.

Actual result.
- "n seconds remaining" is displayed in English.

This is a bug related to Ubuntu Touch, not to KDE.

They may be the same. I'm n't completely sure. It's like omeone installed Ubuntu/Kubuntu with chosen country and he local settings can't be changed even after clicking apply.
