it is going on almost 2 months you still have not responded to my questions in none of my emails and i got 4 or more i checheck them everyday and i also check my computer for any changes and there has been none from you

You have been asked for more information, several times, from some kind people willing to help you for your question versions of your same issue. Go there and supply the information.

This bug report will be set to invalid because it is. We can not help you. We don't know what you are talking about.

if any one of the bug reports i filed have been answered then why has nothing been done to my computer yet?it is your system that hssssssssssssas missed up my computer in the first place
